For deliveries within the UK, I aim to dispatch items ordered the same working day or at busy times, this timescale may be extended to the next working day.
For personalised items please allow 2-3 working days (excluding weekends) for your items to be embroidered before being dispatched
Could you please ensure you have entered the correct delivery address and postcode as Nana B Baby & Childrenswear Boutique cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect delivery details being entered. Any such claims due to the wrong delivery details being entered will be rejected.
