Non-personalised items
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and labelling still attached to the garment. Please note the item must not be tainted by pet, tobacco, perfume smells etc as this would render the item unsaleable.
Personalised / Customised Items
Personalised / Customised items are excluded from our 28 days return/refund policy unless we have made an error on the original order. This is because once the item has been personalised / customised to your order with a name it cannot be reused/resold. Please double check your order to make sure the details are correct at the time of ordering.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where no refunds are given;
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
At times we offer free Royal Mail 48 postage for orders over £50, If you need to return an item under this offer and it takes the value of the remaining order under the £50 threshold then postage costs of £3.49 will be deducted from any amount to be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at nanabboutique@yahoo.com.
Return Postage
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable postage. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
