Shipping policy

Nana B Baby & Childrenswears Boutique now use Royal Mail for their deliveries

For deliveries within the UK, I aim to dispatch items ordered the same working day or at busy times, this timescale may be extended to the next working day.

For personalised items please allow 2-3 working days (excluding weekends) for your items to be embroidered before being dispatched

Could you please ensure you have entered the correct delivery address and postcode as Nana B Baby & Childrenswear Boutique cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect delivery details being entered. Any such claims due to the wrong delivery details being entered will be rejected.

Delivery prices and times are estimates based on average sized parcels up to or around 1 kg, if your order contains large or heavy items (i.e. heavy shoes, or more than 2 items of clothing), there may be an additional charge and your shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly at check out.

We will package and post your items to ensure your product reaches you in a perfect condition.

Your order will only be shipped once payment has been approved.

Royal Mail Tracked 24  £4.75 postage & packaging - 1 to 2 Working Days 

Royal Mail Tracked 48  £3.49 postage & packaging - 2 to 4 Working Days 

(Delivery time scale is a guide, therefore not a guarantee please allow extra delivery time during busy times at Christmas due to the extra volumes Royal Mail receive )
